Your assignment, should you choose to accept it, is to keep a log or a list of at least 1 thing you did each day to move towards your big dream. Whether it’s related to your life purpose, your path with heart, your career, relationship, health etc. If you did SOMETHING, it’s helpful to REMEMBER what you did in order to REINFORCE how damn good it feels to take another step towards what you most desire… then take another step and another…

Go git ’em!

I’m pretty sure that if I were to attend elementary school today, I would be labeled as having ADD.

You know the term right? Attention Deficit Disorder.
(personally I don’t see it as a “disorder”. In fact I would re-define it as “Alternative Direction Distinction”)

They would probably want to dose me up with some Riddle-in.
But what they would really need to do is get the Riddle-Out.

I’ve noticed over the years and in my own intensive research observing myself as well as the people who are different from the “norm” (People who are peak performers and outside of the box thinkers) that the truth is we don’t fit in to the convenient cubicles and cubby  holes that our educational system or our dominant culture wants to stick us…

We are different.

And golly gee wiz
VIVA LA Damn DIFFER-ANCE!

One of the major tasks on this adventure is to discover how your own unique quality of focus can support you.

Personally, I am interested in a lot of different subjects. My big stroke of genius for my own sanity was to realize that literally EVERYTHING I’m passionately interested in fits nicely (for the moment) under the sweet umbrella of TRANSFORMATION.

I am constantly challenging myself to explore and expand my knowledge, skills and abilities in several seemingly unrelated fields at once.

Music. I don’t just play one instrument. I sing, I play guitar, piano, African and Irish drums, the French horn, the flute, the didgeridoo etc. Pretty much anything that can make a sound? I will play around with it. And while I’m no prodigy or master of any one of those instruments, I AM a master of writing songs using them.

Words. I love to read. I love to write. My voracious reading has quite literally provided my unconscious mind with a massive arsenal of ideas and competence with turning concepts into communications.

As a Songwriter, I combine words and music. I take 2 things and transform them into one thing.

I can literally sit down to a blank page or a camera not knowing what I’m going to say and just open up the “channel” and the words flow out. THAT didn’t happen overnight.  But it definitely happens because of the kind of focus I enjoy.

Healing. Over the years I have been absolutely fascinated with the ability of human beings to transform lack of health and vitality into abundance health and vitality. Again. Transformation.

Pursuing that area of interest I’ve apprenticed myself to an energy healer, an herbalist, as well as the top hypnosis and NLP teachers in the world. I also added a precision change model called Time Line Therapy(tm) to the mix as well as EFT (emotional freedom technique or “tapping).

Again, someone else might focus on just one of those modalities and do just fine. I, however, had to explore all of them… because I HAD to master them enough to heal myself. I had to heal myself enough to stop stopping myself from fulfilling my life’s purpose… Every time I worked with a client and didn’t get the result we wanted, I went back to the drawing board and expanded my knowledge and skills and tool set so that I could constantly get better.

Gardening. I used to help other people with their gardens. One day I just had the realization that I loved to grow stuff. I loved growing my own food. I loved planting seeds and watching them grow. In some ways its the same as the great joy I’ve had watching some of my NLP clients and students grow into their greatness by applying the ideas I taught them.

I used to feel deeply frustrated by the fact that I just could not seem to give 100% of myself to any one of the areas of my life I was fascinated with. Because that concept of “focus” meant I had to give up something that I loved.

But when I “chunked” up to TRANSFORMATION,
Boom! Pow! Cowabungah! It all came together.

And while this coming together has taken awhile, a lot of it happened right here in front of your eyes on the Daily Mind Mastery newsletter.

Now.
I told you all that, to tell you this:

There is an immutable law of the Universe that is totally and completely trustworthy:

We get what we focus on.

Your neurology is hardwired to be able to focus on only one thing at a time.

If you focus on how bad everything is. Guess what. You get more “bad”.
If you focus on how good everything is. Guess what. You get more “good”.

But the very nature of “focus” is flexible.

Here’s what I mean:

You can focus your camera on something close like a person’s face or a single flower… or you can even get a specialized camera that can take microscopic photos. That’s one kind of focus. In NLP we call it, “Chunking Down.”

if you’ve been paying close attention to the typos in my newsletters and blog posts, you may be good at chunking down,  the details focus.

or You can focus your camera on a big picture item like a sunset or a distant mountain range.

Either one is still focus.

In Robert Greene’s fabulous book, “Mastery” he contrasts the strategies of two different Masters.

  1. Indian born V.S. Ramachandran, found that he was always happiest when he went deeper and deeper and deeper into a single field of study. As  kid, he started with sea shells and dove so deep into sea shells that he became a leading expert on sea shells. in other words everywhere he looked he would see shells! ;o) (can’t resist a good pun). Eventually he took this way of learning and being in the world to a field of science that was literally untouched, the study of phantom pain experienced by amputees in their no longer existing limbs.That’s the “chunked down” focus. And it works fabulously if that is your inclination.
  2. Then there is the big picture focus of a Leonardo DaVinci or a Buckminster Fuller. They looked everywhere for their learning and began to bring different elements together in unique ways. Some of their ideas were ahead of their time. Leonardo studied the flight of birds as much and with as much passion as he experimented with new kinds of paints and pigments. Buckminster Fuller invented an electric car way before its time as well as the geodesic dome which is still a significant architectural form.Those guys demonstrate the “chunked up” form of focus.

The thing is I used to beat myself up for not being the chunked down kind of person. That’s like a labrador retriever beating itself up because it can’t stop retrieving tennis balls. We need to accept and maximize our native strengths and inclinations. Beating ourselves up for ANYTHING is a waste of energy and a wrong use of “Focus”.

Probably there are those of you out there reading this who may have been beating yourself up for not being the way your aren’t.

Did that make sense?

Let me say it another way. They way you focus the best is the best way for you to focus.

The bottom line is you ARE always focused on SOMETHING. Is it supporting you or stopping you from who you really came here to be?

The more you can practice focusing your mind on who you really want to be, and what you really want to do and who you really want to be with, the more you will get THAT.

I’m sure there are tons of scientific studies I could quote about that but I would prefer if you did a little study of your own….

TODAY. Your assignment. Should you choose to accept it.
Is to

  1. Notice how you focus best.
  2. Consciously focus in that way on what you most desire. Without pressure. without desperation. just hold easily and lovingly in your mind what you most want to be true for your life, your work, your relationships, your health, your vision for a life well lived.
  3. Write down any ideas or insights or confirmations that you get.

Got it?

Good.

The really important thing is just to be fully aware that you can realize the change you’re looking for…

Trauma & Anxiety Are LINKED

Today’s Mind Mastery Daily is about the connection between Trauma (one time learning events in the past) and Anxiety (imagining what you do not want to have happen in the future)

Trauma and anxiety are deeply linked neurological processes. But they are CLEAR-ABLE!

Hypnosis for PTSD must include conscious tools for clearing old beliefs, childhood vows, and limiting decisions we made about the world as children…

It’s time to stop running old beliefs that “program” you to be fearful, weak, frustrated, and small. And time to start installing bigger, better, more useful beliefs… like, “Why am I more powerful than I can possibly imagine?” [sound FX of Lion roaring!]

Transformation Tune for Today: Song # 161 Beautiful Person (version #2)

This is the 2nd version I recorded of “Beautiful Person”.

The first one is from Visions & Voices CD and was arranged by Gene Moore. This version is a very simple “chant” that includes some significant shifts in language inspired by the field of Neuro Linguistics. Most notable is the shift into the past tense.

So, “I can not love you if I hate myself” became, “I could not love you when I hated myself”.

The past tense pre-supposes that I no longer hate myself… see how it works? Even the subtlest of language patterns can free us from our old patterns and stories or keep us stuck.

This is another one of those songs to listen to repeatedly for its potential to get “stuck” in your head… and do some good in there… :o)

BTW I actually did have a dream where there was a lion coming up out of the bathtub drain! It scared me awake from a deep slumber. As I lay there in the dark it occurred to me that the lion represented my own true power. And that it was time to stop running away from it.

May you too find your power and experience how incredibly beautiful you are. Right now. Right here.

The really important thing is just to be fully aware that you can realize the change you’re looking for…

Anger Management

stressed out manOK. This is what showed up on my thought “cloud” today.

First, a little back story…

I flew to California yesterday. I could have worked on the plane and posted there, but I didn’t fvcking feel like it! LOL.

I’d worked my ass off for several days before hand so I could even go. Had to wake up at 3:30 in the morning to get to the airport etc. It could have been stressful. But I was all chill.  I enjoyed my rest time on the plane. Gave myself permission to just do nothing and enjoy it.

Arrived after a 10 hour flight “process” of a plane change and a few other cities before I got to Orange County.

Unfortunately, my suitcase never showed up at baggage claim. It just hadn’t arrived with me.

In the past that would have triggered anger, anxiety, frustration, the works.

But I stayed cool. I used my “tools”

Not a big deal. I reminded myself “Why does this work out better than I can possibly imagine?”

Had a great conversation with the driver of the hotel shuttle bus, a guy from Kenya who told me HIS luggage was lost for over two weeks when he went back home to visit. His stay was only for 3 weeks. Crazy! Great stories flow from great adversity.

Eventually got my luggage delivered by the airline 5 hours after I arrived.

  • It’s all good.
  • Still on NY time.
  • Went to bed early by CA time.
  • Woke up early.
  • Ready for a day at the beach.
  • But first.
  • You.
  • Yeah. YOU.
  • My Cowabungah guys.
  • Woke up to an intense dream.

A guy I don’t know very well socially (but who I have heard was really having a tough time after a brutal divorce) was attempting to park a decent sized trailer.

But he was either drunk or just fucking upset and raging with anger and he jack-knifed the damn thing.

All over the front yard.

You could literally see this guys anger and frustration boiling off him.

His life was broken and he wanted to break shit back.

His ex wife took him to the cleaners. Turned his kids against him. Did her best to destroy him.

  • His reaction to the pain was to drink.
  • Self medication.
  • I see it all the time.
  • Hell. I’ve been there and done that myself.

We guys are supposed to be tough. But what that really boils down to is we have been socially conditioned to be unable to access our emotional resourcefulness.

We get emotionally high jacked. And in our culture we guys are not taught how to handle emotions. We’re taught how to repress them.

We just grit our teeth and tough it out.

In my dream I took him by the arm and led him away from the mess.

“Let’s take a walk” I said.

He wanted to fight.

“Stop” I said. “Let’s just take a walk.”

He surrendered. Exhausted by the fight.

“Are you open to a different way?” I asked.

Coming to his senses, he replied, “Do I have a choice?”

“Of course you do. You can keep doing what you’ve been doing hoping that somehow, some way, you’ll wake up one day and it will all be different. Better. But until you actually change the pattern that is causing you misery, you can just expect more of what you’ve been getting.”

He was quiet for a while and we walked down the neatly manicured suburban street, where everybody looked so happy. So successful. So “normal”.

“Look around”, I said.

“Do you see how full of shit we all are as a culture? Everybody pretending everything is all nicey nicey? Underneath the surface there is massive pain and suffering. What’s different about you is that it is up and in your face. And unlike these poor fuckers, YOU at least know you are miserable and that might just be what saves your ass.”

“Huh?”

“That’s right,” I continued. “BECAUSE you are in so much pain right now. You are open to a better way. I know it sounds weird but right now the massive pain you are in is actually your wake up call.

You ever read the book Johnathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach?

In that book there is this crazy seagull who doesn’t fit in. He doesn’t play by the rules. And eventually he is kicked out of the flock.

He goes and lives by himself and discovers amazing things. He attempts to go back and share his wisdom but the flock refuses to listen.

Eventually though a few other outcast seagulls straggle in.

  • He begins to teach.
  • They begin to learn.
  • All of them are transformed.
  • Life becomes magical for them. Joyful. Graceful even.

That’s where we are right now.

You’ve been kicked out of your own flock. Your life. Your pattern is about to be MASSIVELY interrupted. You can fight it. Or You can flow with it. Like the martial artist, you can either attempt to block the force coming at you or you can USE the force for your own advantage.

I can’t promise you that it will always be easy. But I can promise you that in the near future you will look back with deep gratitude for all that is so fucking shitty in your life right now.

Because that shit is what is pushing you to climb up out of the traps you’ve been tangled in.

Without that intense motivation you would just be OK with life as usual. But because you are hurting, you want to find a solution to make it stop. Am I right?”

I looked at him.  He was thinking. Hard. I gave him space to consider…

“Yeah I guess so…”

“Cool. So you’ve tried drinking. How’s that been working?”

“Not so good”

“Right. You’ve tried breaking things and smashing your way through your days filled with rage and hate at everyone and everything including yourself. How’s that been working?”

“Um. Not so good.”

“So, the question is, are you open to a different way? Are you willing to learn and apply what you’ve learned as if your life depends upon it? (and don’t answer me yet because I want you to think good and hard before you say yes) I also want to give you an example that you can test right now to see if you can understand what it means when I say, We create our own realities.

Here’s what I want you to do…

Think about your ex wife for a moment. When you think about her, how do you know you are thinking about her and not your truck?

“Well, I guess I have a picture.”

“That’s right you have a picture. Where is that picture?”

“In my mind”.

“Right. So this picture of your ex wife, where is it on what I call ‘your mental movie screen?’ Is it big and bright in the center or small and dim off to the edge?

“Well it’s big and bright in the center.”

“Interesting isn’t it? She’s nowhere near you, yet you are filled with her every waking moment because she is right in front of you in your ‘mind’s eye.’ That’s how we make ourselves miserable. We focus on stuff that makes us feel bad. But we do it unconsciously.

So, as you think of her right there close and bright and big and in the center of your mental movie screen. How do you feel?”

“Um,  shitty.”

“Cool. Now if you’re willing to play a little bit, let’s push her farther out and make her small and dim and even drop her down to the lower left corner of your mental movie screen. How does that feel?
More intense or less intense?”

“Less intense”

“Oh! How interesting. Now. I know this won’t last totally forever without a little practice, but to give you an experience of how powerful this simple little technique is, I want you to push her BEHIND you until she is a tiny dot on the far horizon BEHIND you.

How does that feel?”

“Oh my god. It’s a huge relief!”

“Good. Now I’m not suggesting that you KEEP HER THERE. Small, far behind you, dim, tiny, insignificant.
But I WOULD suggest that you put something else on your mental movie screen, front and center close and bright. Something that you would look forward to experiencing.

After the break up of my 2nd marriage almost killed me, I did this same technique. Got my ex off the screen and created a picture of AMAZING women waiting in line to meet me.

And you know what? “

“What?”

“It worked. Today I have several fabulous women in my life. Better relationships with each of them than any time in my life previous.

Try it today. Take whatever is driving you nuts and get it (or her) off of your mental movie screen. CREATE a vivid, bright, powerful, compelling picture of what you DO want. And pull that in instead.

FOCUS on that all day today. And notice how your day goes.

Chances are the old habit will reassert itself at some point so for a while you have to be vigilant.

Practice this. Consciously. Repeatedly. Intensely.

Eventually you will discover that there are even more tools that work just as well or better for you. You might want to learn them and practice them too…

And one day you will wake up to the fact that your life is full, and prosperous and happy and joyful and you will spend every single day living full out to cram as much life into your short time on this planet as you can….”

And then I woke up, wrote this down and posted it.

Now? I’m heading to the beach.

Power Tools For Life

shovelsI was thinking a bit about  what it is I really do… and why I love it so much.

It comes down to this: I ultimately I help guys like you to discover and apply effective, elegant powerful solutions to the challenges in your life.

I help you to move through and MASTER whatever you are going to encounter on this journey…

I coach peak performers to take their intelligence, talent, curiosity, open mindedness and passion to the next level and beyond.

I also coach guys who know in their hearts that they too can be peak performers but haven’t been able to quite break through the prerequisite “obstacles” that seem insurmountable, but are really doors to power that CAN be unlocked with the right combination of tools, skills and attitudes.

What I love about that is this: If you can practice a few simple “modern Jedi mind tricks” on yourself, you can literally re-route your neurological patterns and behaviors and literally hypnotize yourself into Health, Wealth, Women and Power.

Today I’m calling them “POWER TOOLS FOR LIFE”

Can we be honest?

You can either keep attempting to be a peak performer using the tools you used as a kid to try to get the love you wanted, or you can take your game up to a higher level and really make some damn progress.

Toy tools vs. POWER TOOLS. hmmmm is there really a choice?

All the other “teachers” out there basically teach you the “what”.  Even the best of them will give you lists of things you “should” do to be successful.

Do “this” and “this” and “this” and you will be successful.

That’s all well and good. However, I teach you HOW to do those things that you “should” be doing.

Even better, I coach you HOW TO CONSISTENTLY MOTIVATE YOURSELF TO actually DO THOSE THINGS consistently, relentlessly, effectively, MASSIVELY. So you get the results you want in your life faster, easier, better, more sustainably.

You can know “What” to do all day long but unless you actually DO it. You are just spinning your wheels…

It’s like reading a book about driving a car vs. actually getting into the car with a brilliant racing teacher who knows not only HOW to drive, but HOW to teach YOU to drive.  Not only does he know the basics, the advanced mechanics and physics of driving but he can impart to you generations of strategic knowledge about how and when to APPLY the brakes or the accelerator…

AND this teacher is so passionate about driving that he has made it his life’s work. He has relinquished with full consciousness his childhood obsession with Basketball. Because he found this other calling to be higher and more profound in every way.

On his days off from teaching driving, he takes his own courses to improve his driving mastery as well as his teaching mastery. Maybe he races himself. Maybe he does off-road rallies… or time trials. Maybe he finds countless ways every single day to improve and expand his skill set and knowledge base…

Maybe he flies around the world to study the best Formula 1 drivers and to learn their mental secrets to their higher level of performance… He’s obsessed with a massive throbbing vision of what is possible mentally, physically in all areas of driving.

I once experienced a taxi driver in Rome who drove so elegantly, so gracefully that just watching his hands on the steering wheel was like watching an artist paint or a brilliant musician improvise. It was beautiful and inspiring. He did more than just drive people around Rome, he TRANSPORTED THEM.

That’s what this is all about. It’s about providing you with power tools and vehicles for personal mastery on a higher level of honesty, transparency and sheer joyful exhilaration than pretty much anyone else out there.

If.

If. YOU are open to it.

If. You’re ready for it.

If.  You’re willing to step up and put it into practice.

Not everybody’s ready for that and that’s ok. Not everybody notices that taxi driver in Rome being on a different level than all the others.

It takes a bit of a “Ninja” or “Jedi” mind-set. It takes a bit of a “Cowabungah” mind-set.

But you do get this.

And because you get it, I am inspired and motivated to take MY game to the next level every day in every way because I fucking love watching you CRUSH it in your world. I love watching action taking guys take their shit to the NEXT LEVEL OF AWESOME.

When you follow my coaching you get rapid and noticeable results. When you stay with me, you get encouragement and reinforcement that just won’t come from your friends and family.

They are threatened by your desire for greatness. I’m not. I often see a greater vision for my client than they are able to conjure up in their minds… But then the light comes on and it DAWNS on them that they truly are meant for greatness and it is only a few patterns and limiting beliefs that are stopping them. They walk out of the cage free.

I FUCKING LOVE THAT!

I worked with a client yesterday for 4 hours. Intense work. This is a guy who grew up in a crazy family. They were all alcoholics. He is pretty sure there was some pretty hideous abuse that his unconscious mind is repressing.

He came to be because he wakes up almost every night screaming in terror. It takes him a while to even realize that he isn’t being beaten or raped or whatever it was that went on back in his childhood…

Then his crazy family all sobered up by joining a conservative evangelical church. Which was crazy in the other extreme.

Eventually he managed to grow up and get away from his family of origin. But he’s now ostracized by his entire family because he left the “cult”.

So now what? He’s alone in the fucking world. He has a choice. Either move forward, work on his own personal healing and self mastery. Eventually he can create his own family of “choice”, people who support and encourage him. People who believe in him and never tear him down…

The alternative is to could go back to the herd and lose his spirit, his dream, his vision… His SOUL.

He’d been to all kinds of therapy before. Nothing helped. Nothing worked.

Within an hour of beginning to learn and apply some of my most powerful release tools, he “neutralized” the terror. Could NOT access it anymore. IT WAS LITERALLY DELETED from his neurological hard drive.

Now. It’s too soon to tell if that will totally clear the “night terrors”. But noticeable progress was made in a very short time frame.

He rolled up his sleeves fully applied what I was teaching. As a result he really “got” that my approach is totally different than all the other therapies or techniques or drugs or whatever “out there”.

He also got that I am a coach. I can teach you the tools. I can guide you in applying those tools. I can hold you accountable for using the tools. I can challenge and interrupt old beliefs and patterns of behavior that have kept you stuck.

But you know and accept and actually appreciate the fact that ultimately you are the ONE who applies the knowledge in your own life.

My job is not to fix you, but to empower you to…

  1. Realize you ain’t broken, celebrate how fucking awesome you actually are and what an actual Miracle YOUR VERY EXISTENCE IN THIS WORLD IS… considering the alternative.
  2. Take the intelligent action necessary to create a better reality for yourself.
  3. Repeat and reinforce your new way of perceiving and being in the world until it becomes your new default, your new habit of excellence, that you paid the price of admission to install in your own Mind…

The Rubber Band Effect

or “Why Change Isn’t Always Easy”


Imagine a rubber band.

You stretch it. And while you are using your energy to keep it stretched, it stays stretched. But the moment you let go of your input of energy, it automatically returns to the way it normally is.

Because that is the nature of rubber bands we don’t usually get too upset by the fact that it pretty much does that until it breaks.

We accept that is the nature of rubber bands. Because we understand how they work, we can use them to serve our purposes.  Connecting things. Holding things. We can even use them to strengthen our muscles. We can shoot them across the room. We can collect them in a huge ball.

Because we understand them we work WITH their natural tendencies to spring back to their original size and shape.

Because our unconscious habits and patterns of behavior are deeply impressed into our neurology, using will power to force a change often results in the old pattern returning after you stop willing it.

We call that the “Rubber Band Effect”

Unfortunately people often get upset and frustrated that the changes they say they want to make don’t always “stay changed.”

But the real problem is that we do not consciously know how to “hook” the new behavior or pattern into the “matrix” of your unconscious mind so that it STAYS in the new pattern.

So today we are going to talk about the difference between “Will power” and “Intention.”

Will power comes from the conscious mind. In fact your conscious mind IS your WILL.

Intention is essentially a directive from the conscious mind that is installed into your unconscious mind. Your unconscious mind is your IMAGINATION.

Where there is a conflict between
your WILL and your IMAGINATION,
IMAGINATION always trumps WILL.

It’s kind of like Rock, Paper, Scissors.

Will power always fails because your conscious mind can not always be conscious of that one idea. You are constantly being distracted by other things and your conscious mind is only capable of being aware of what you are thinking about right now.

On the other hand, your unconscious mind can hold dozens, hundreds even thousands of processes all simultaneously... outside of your conscious awareness… kind of like my computer is running simultaneous programs in the background while I’m typing this.

For example. Right Now. You reading this, thinking about this. You might be thinking about the last time you tried to stop a negative habit or change a limiting belief. You might be wondering where I’m going with this article. You might be imagining the thing you would like to change about yourself, your bank account, your love life, your health. Whatever you are thinking about right now.

You are not thinking about your left pinky toe.

Except that now that I’ve focused your attention there, you ARE now thinking about your left pinky toe.

But the whole time leading up to me bringing “left pinky toe” into your consciousness, your unconscious mind was taking exquisite care of your entire body INCLUDING your little tiny toe.

Even though you were not consciously thinking about it, your Unconscious Mind was on the job.

So essentially, intention is the process of programming your unconscious mind to “install” the new goal, behavior, or neurological pattern into the fabric of what your unconscious mind takes care of without having to be reminded.

One way to install a new thing, is repetition and constant conscious reinforcement.

This is what most coaches, teachers, trainers and our education system uses by default. Repetition, repetition, repetition, and more repetition… It’s boring and inefficient which is why people often forget to repeat the new behavior or pattern…. and then…

Snap! They go right back to the old habits…

Sometimes something just gets powerfully installed instantly and stays “in” forever. Usually it is something negative like a phobia that gets installed. Most people with any kind of phobia think it just happened. But actually a phobia is a “One time learning event” where your unconscious mind so powerfully got the message to make a new program, that it happened instantly and unless something equally powerful and intense releases it, it will stay in your unconscious mind forever.

The key is engaging intensity of emotion… It should be no surprise that your unconscious mind is ALSO the seat of your emotions…

So in order to make a change and keep that change, you have to:

1. Know how your unconscious mind works so that you can work WITH it instead of AGAINST it.
2. Know how to set your conscious intention so that it is accepted by your unconscious mind
3. know how to fully engage the most powerful emotional intensity you can…

Once you understand these secrets, you can pretty much write your own ticket for positive change in your life.

30369940_sOnce you understand how to make changes and keep them, you can systematically stop doing the shit that stops you from being, doing and having what you want and START being, doing and having what you DO desire for your life, career, health, love life etc.

The beauty of NLP and Hypnosis as well as EFT and Time Line Therapy(tm) is that these essentially are tools that enable and empower you to do just that.
