How To Get Over A Breakup IMPORTANT Course Update

I got an email from Caroline in Ireland who recently checked out my “How To Get Over A Breakup” course. Somehow in the midst of a busy life I’d managed to mess up one of the modules. And by “mess up” I mean a KEY component of Module 4 was missing.  THE key video that actually DELIVERED the technique that I was teaching. How to stop focusing on the loss, or the ex, or the belief that “I’ll never find anybody to love me” kind of emotional/cognitive “Loops” that we get stuck in… How to literally blast that pattern out of your neurology.

Pretty serious screwup. (Grateful to Caroline for letting me know! I’ve only been selling this course for FIVE years and NO ONE ever mentioned it MIGHT be missing a key video!)

Since it was a while ago… figuring out WHERE the heck the original files were on one of my many “backup” hard drives seemed like it would take more time than just redoing the darn thing…

So I re-did it. Got my white board and camera and went down to the river to do it live and in person.

That done, I added it to the course…. And of course (pun intended) the next day I had some more ideas as well as a question from ANOTHER course member which got me deep into “flow state” so I made 2 more videos.

So I want to share these 3 updates to one of my best selling courses so you can

a. experience what I do

b. get some help if you need it getting over any one, any thing, any time you find yourself stuck in an emotional loop or rut. This is one of the best tools for breaking out of the breakup emotional dumpster diving state that we all get stuck in from time to time.

A Musical Hypnosis Session for Peak Performers?

Yeah. That’s what this is. It’s literally a hypnosis session in a song format…THIS is why they call me the “Singing Hypnotist”…

Even if this song is not your favored musical style, listen to it over and over again… or watch it over and over again… there have been days and weeks when I just had it playing softly in the background. Your unconscious mind hears EVERYTHING. So USE that. Let this get stuck in your head. “Ear Worms” don’t have to be annoying they can be powerful tools to keep you on track without you having to consciously THINK about it.

 

Also, remember that most performance issues are based on some pattern or habit of anxious thinking. Help for Peak Performance For Athletes with Mental Blocks or Glitches

Almost every Fall I get calls from desperate parents of peak performance high school and college athletes desperate for help. The usual scenario is that their daughter or son suddenly can’t do something that they used to be able to do. Call it a mental block or a performance “glitch,” Chuck Knobloch syndrome, or being a “head case,” it’s a cause of deep pain and concern. Whether it’s a specific tumble or move in gymnastics, cheerleading, baseball, figure skating, or even in the arts of Ballet, music or theater, they used to do this one thing spectacularly but now they can’t seem to do it at all. At stake is often hundreds of dollars in college scholarships or championship games that they will be “benched” for, the pain and suffering is real. The pressure is real. The pattern is starting to sink in and depression and discouragement are getting heavier and heavier.

The solution is not to search the world wide web for some “miracle worker” or sports psychologist or hypnotist who can “fix” it. The solution is for the student to learn to run their own mind.

That’s where I come in. Most of the “experts” have never experienced anything remotely like the blocks or neurological interference that these athletes or performers are experiencing.

I have.

In fact I never even had a chance to became an athlete because I did exactly the kinds of things with my mind in elementary school that caused me to want to quit that these kids are doing NOW.

I also did the same self sabotaging neurological processes with my musical performing.

But ultimately I had to learn how to run my OWN mind.

So that’s what I do with athletes. I first explore with them HOW they are doing the problem. This is usually an unconscious process until I help them to tease it out of themselves.

Then I can teach them the same tools that I’ve used now for over 20 years and that I’ve taught to countless others in person and online.

My suggestion if you or your child is struggling with this is to check out my “How To CRUSH anxiety NOW!” course and practice those tools and techniques.

Sports performance blocks are 99% of the time Performance Anxiety. Anxiety is focusing your mind on what you DO NOT want to have happen. Changing your focus is a PRACTICE that anyone can do. But most people don’t realize that THEY are the cause of their blocks or what in the world they can do to break through them and get back to winning.

Anyway, THIS song is actually a hypnosis session all about this. Give it a listen. No. It’s not “hip hop.” It’s not the most modern “cool” crunchy urban grunge rhythm. But it DOES work.

It works because it’s filled with “Why” and “how” questions which combined with music get “stuck” in the rostromedial prefrontal cortex of your brain.

The Hypnosis of Credit Cards (humor, sort of)

Have you ever wondered why credit cards are so addictive?

It’s a highly hypnotic process that fools us into spending more than we have for things we think we have to have right now.

As a highly suggestible hypnotic subject, I have fallen for the credit card scheme too many times. Back in the late 1980’s I actually bought a house with credit cards… remind me to tell you that story some day…. but in the meantime this short video is almost humorous.

One of the projects I’m working on right now is a program called, “The Hypnosis of Money” and it seems like the entire WORLD is drowning in so many layers and types of debt that the whole thing is literally a “hall of Mirrors in a House of Cards…”

Fructose, The Liver Toxin (Why Sugar is as Bad as Alcohol)

Did you know that an increasing number of people are being diagnosed with Fatty Liver Disease who aren’t alcoholics?

One of the challenges I have as a hypnotist with weight loss clients is countering the multi billion dollar bombardment of misinformation and mass hypnosis of the food industry.

I just watched this short video and thought I’d share it with you so you could see what we’re up against in the disinformation war.

I can’t tell you how many weight loss clients I’ve worked with since 2002 who said to me, “But I AM eating healthy!”

Then it turns out they were consuming a bunch of foods “marketed” as healthy, like sweetened yogurt, “heart healthy whole grain cereal,” sports drinks, fruit juices, energy bars etc. Or they were eating out a lot. It turns out there is fructose in a lot of condiments, salad dressings, sauces, etc.

I even explored those weight loss shakes and surprise! One of the main ingredients?

Fructose, (which sounds healthy cuz it comes from fruit right? )

Wrong.

Despite any number of hypnosis sessions, if a person continues to be influenced by the media to BELIEVE orange juice and granola for breakfast are “healthy” and doesn’t actually CHANGE what they eat, it’s not going to get through. Does that make sense? It’s not just about portion control. And “organic” brands are STILL full of sugar. I just looked at the label of a jar of salsa and one of the main ingredients was “Organic Evaporated Cane Sugar” as if the diced tomatos weren’t already sweet enough! And this video points out that every Cane Sugar molecule is comprised of a sucrose molecule and a fructose molecule. Even Honey has it.

So once you know about this, the next question is what do you DO about it? How do you break the trance the master marketers have used to make the entire world obese?

THAT’S where hypnosis can help. It’s about YOU becoming the master of your own MIND.

And I’m right here with you. I’m just a little ahead of you on the learning curve.

As I have gradually and sometimes inconsistently eliminated more and more simple carbs and sugar sources from my own diet I’ve

a. lost 30 pounds

b. had more energy and

c. my MIND has continued to be clearer.

I also cover how to make the transition to whole foods that actually HEAL your body reduce your risk of diabetes and make you feel full and satisfied.

Stuff like that.
