So it’s day 17 of our 90 Day Transformation Challenge and we are barely a week into the “Trumpidation Presidential Anxiety Epidemic…”
I don’t know about you but I could use a little humor right about now.
I mean, humor somehow helps to change the physiology. We somehow start laughing and it shakes loose the dread, the pessimism and the doubts.
Painlessly. Drug free. It may not be a permanent fix but it can be practiced and renewed endlessly.
So just in case you need an anxiety “uninstall” for today try this video and song I’ve “curated” for you. Because I love you… And I need it too…
This made me laugh until tears ran down my face…. for a moment… :o) I may have to watch more but I’m willing to put in the work as needed.
and a song? What kind of song would work today? hmmmmm
How about this one…
How are YOU doing? Let me know if you need anything ok?
cool.
Tawk to you tomorrow… (if it comes that is…;o)
– Mark
p.s. on a serious note… If you are really struggling with anxiety right now because of all this presidential and political anxiety here are 3 things you can do IMMEDIATELY:
1. Stop watching and listening to and reading the NEWS. Seriously. Just deny the whole media and political circus your attention. Delete. Change the channel.
2. Remember that the world survived Napoleon, Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Caligula, and most of the inept kings, emperors, dictators and fools in positions of power… and it will survive this. Start focusing on what is AWESOME in YOUR life. Focus on what YOU can DO today to make a positive difference in YOUR world.
3. If you need more help, check out my CRUSH anxiety NOW! program and go through the short videos 1 per day for the next 30 days. Seriously. It’s a great program and it’s on sale right now for only $49 bucks. At least check it out. If it’s not helpful ask for a refund. Seriously. What do you have to lose except that nasty anxious, dread that the sky is falling. Check it out.
