Hmmmmm…. I could do 20 things. But which one first?
Maybe ask yourself a question. But not just any question…
Ok. How about this question:
“What is the one thing I can do that will make everything else easier or unnecessary?”
While it’s getting into my unconscious mind, it might be a good start to take a shower.
Don’t you get great ideas in the shower? I do. Something about the negative ions of splashing water seems to spark creativity.
After that I can do my Mind Mastery Daily video. Very well then…
Ready. Go….
HEY There Transformation Nation!
It’s TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY! Again! God I love Tuesdays!
Are you ready for a SPANKING new video today?
Here it is. FRESH content! mmmmmm… about self hypnosis for goal setting… or goal setting for self hypnosis… or setting the intention to be awesome… Let’s see what happens when I open up my mouth and start yapping… It’s less than 7 minutes… so give it a shot…
ooooooooo It came out pretty well…
Your take away today is to continue practicing focusing on what you want and asking for what you want and making step by step, small improvements in your thinking, beliefs, attitudes and actions that SUSTAINABLY get you where you want to be faster, easier, better…
No test today. Unless that’s the test…
Yeah that probably WAS the test… Good job. Awesome job.
I love you. I believe in you. You can do this thing called life… Today…
– Mark
p.s. Just yesterday my dad was visiting and he just flat out stated something that made me realize he’s been watching these videos and reading the emails and blog posts… He said,“Mark. I’m AWESOME!”
And I could tell he truly BELIEVES it. He’s CONGRUENT with it.
And you know what?
He IS Awesome!
At age 88 he heats his house with wood which requires several trips up and down the basement steps (he’s an above the knee amputee BTW so just going up and down stairs is actually a big deal).
While he’s down in the basement waiting for the wood stove to get up to temp, he bounces 600 times on a mini trampoline (to activate his lymphatic system).
Or, he does some exercises on his Powerplate machine (which vibrates at high speed to stimulate muscle growth).
He also swims 3 times a week and does a weekly slow burn resistance training program for 30 intense minutes…
So yeah. I’d say he’s AWESOME. (At 88 he’s healthier and does more than many people in their 20’s or 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s or 70’s.)
AND…
So are YOU…
When you interact with the world from a place of deep self appreciation and self valuing, it’s NOT an ego trip. What is the actual “ego stuff”, is worrying about what other people think. Seeking other people’s approval is definitely ego shit. But self love? It takes nothing away from anyone else’s awesomeness to realize you are awesome.
In fact, the more you realize YOU are AWESOME, the more you are able to recognize it in other people.
“Heavens to Mergatroid! Exit. Stage left. Stage right even…”
out a here…
