Dr. Joseph Mercola is one of my “go to guys” when it comes to wellness and weight loss.

My interpretation of Dr. Mercola’s recommendations?
- Limit carbohydrates. Obvious and hidden sugars. Grains. And yes even Fruit.
- Modest amounts of healthy, clean Protein. A reasonable amount of grass fed, high quality meats. Excessive meat causes problems.
- Healthy fats. Avocados. Coconut oil.
- Lots of green vegetables.
- Intermittent Fasting
- Intelligent exercise.
- Keeping your mind in the right place.
