Here is the third part of my mini series on Male Performance Anxiety which is also known by the frightening terms: “Erectile Dysfunction” or “E.D.” and the dreaded, devastating word…. “IMPOTENCE”. Yuck.

A couple of things to remember:

  1. This is a temporary challenge (it is NOT a disease)
  2. The words we use have power so choose your words and thoughts carefully
  3. The images you run in your mind have power over your physiology so choose your mental pictures carefully.
  4. Your largest, most POWERFUL sexual organ is the one between your ears…

There are lot’s of different scenarios where anxiety is connected with some kind of performance.

  • Test anxiety
