Fare Thee Well

Today’s Mind Mastery Daily is a song about letting go of loved ones. As we’ve been talking about change all week, this song fits perfectly into the conversation. The ability to let go and allow people we love to move on with their lives according to their calling, their needs, their inner direction, is part of the awakening process.

And of course, we all eventually move on and let go of these “vehicles” called bodies.

On this beautiful Fall day with a definite crisp, cold “bite” in the air, we are letting go of summer for sure here in the Northeast and moving towards winter.

14929075_sWell it’s been a bit of a rainy day. I’ve been running around doing errands and catching up on my emails. My Dad is visiting. And here it is almost 9 pm and I haven’t done my daily Mind Mastery post yet.

Well. I did PROMISE myself to do this daily. Not most days. So even though I’m a bit tired and ready to STOP for the day, I want to connect with you more than that, so I thought I’d share a song with you. This song is all about what we talk about almost every day here LOL.

You Get What You Focus On

27040422_sYou probably already know this intellectually, but in case this is new for you here’s the deal.

Your unconscious mind does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. So if you focus on bad things happening, your body is going to react as if it is really happening.

A lot of the folks I work with seem to know this consciously but on an unconscious level they are still focusing on what they don’t want. Instead. FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT. That’s it.  Over and over again when you catch yourself focusing on what you do not want, gently turn your attention to what you want.

So here’s a way to get it in where it will hopefully stick. It’s a song about focus. I put together a little slide show to go with the music so that hopefully it will help to give you a visual as well as an auditory “anchor”.
