Everything Changes

Hey kids, I’ve been a bit of a ghost around here lately. It’s all because I’ve been going DEEP with my new course, “Beyond Beliefs” and gearing up for my next 90 Day Transformation Challenge and the next course, “The Hypnosis of Money.” PLUS I’ve been spending some quality time with my wonderfully radical, groovy and awesome 90 year old health geek dad, Lewis M. In fact, I’ve been so busy with all kinds of “on the path” stuff, that I’ve not sat down to play guitar for my own pleasure and amusement in a couple of weeks. So last night after my Transformation Tuesday Master Mind Class, I set up the camera and grabbed my guitar for a little informal “jamming.”

And wouldn’t ya know? Another new song came “through!”

Here it is in all it’s “RAW” splendor. No special effects. No fancy camera work. No amplification. Raw. Acoustic. Real. Making it up right on the spot for the silent witness of the camera.

This is Honest Hypnosis in the “Sound Healing Hypnosis” format. Boom! Cowabungah! Here it is. Please do yourself a favor and listen to the whole thing. several times today. See if you can get the message to “stick” in your rostro-medial prefrontal cortex (that’s the scientific term for where catchy songs or “ear worms” get “stuck” ;o)

Radical Father’s Day

I was gonna release these over the course of several days, but then I just have too much other material that would have to wait in line so I’m just gonna jam all these cool videos together on this one page. I just want to say a few things before you jump in.

  1. My dad was in a pretty serious auto accident about a month ago. 2 cracked ribs and a cracked pelvis as well as a bit of a head trauma from a car slamming into his driver’s side door. They had to use the Jaws of Life to get him out of his car. So he’s doing really, really well. And it was a wake up call to me that the idea of making videos with my dad needs to happen NOW.
  2. In true observance of Radical Father’s Day, neither one of us combed our hair, shaved or took showers. We were just two dudes enjoying being dudes and talking about the stuff that we ALWAYS talk about off camera in real life.  I wanted to capture that as simply and easily as possible without a bunch of formal stuff that might inhibit the old man.
  3. My dad has done about 50 years of research into the leading edge of health, wellness and nutrition which pairs up nicely with my 30 years of  Modern Jedi Mind Mastery NLP, Hypnosis, EFT, Energy Healing stuff. I have affectionately “certified” him as an “Independent Alternative Health Field Expert.” Lewis M. Shepard, I.A.H.F.E. :o)
  4. You will be hearing from my dad more in the near future.

The Theoretical Physics of Being YOU

I’ve been doing a lot of deep inner work lately. I’ve noticed that there are patterns to my creative drives. A time of intense reflection and learning seems extremely necessary before and after each “pulse” of intense creativity and expression.

Look at any financial chart. You will see advances and pull backs.

Look at any trend line. You will see variations and patterns.

Weigh yourself every day first thing in the morning. You will notice that on Monday you may way several pounds less or more than you do on Friday.

Nothing is as “consistent” “constant” or predictable as we would like. Oh but we WANT to control everything don’t we? The weather? Other people? The economy?

We tend to think ourselves into rigid “boxes” of “consistency”. If we think if we can just apply enough will power or discipline, we can achieve our goal.

But what if, that’s all a distraction from the real work that is waiting to be done at a deeper level?
