Hey kids, this is the Stephen Colbert Late Show humorous take on “Anxiety Baking.”
Warning! This is humor and if you are suffering from it, anxiety is not funny.
For the Record there is no disrespect for any of you who are suffering from anxiety (which I’ve personally experienced INTENSELY around Holidays).
Studies show (I’m sure there are somewhere that show this but I didn’t do any actual research to back up my “claim”) that HUMOR is actually a really good way to dissipate anxiety.
