Welcome to DAY 2 of 90 Day Transformational Challenge #4! My name is Mark Shepard, “The Singing Hypnotist”…

And I will be your tour guide to transforming your life one day at a time (should you choose to join us on this adventure).

Today we have a Daily Mind Mastery video that you might want to watch several times. It’s all about how to set goals that are so deeply installed in your unconscious mind as to be practically, INEVITABLE.

The smart goal process:
Simple
Measurable
Attainable or “As if now”
Realistic
Timed, Transformational, Targeted

The basic goal setting format:

It is now ________________[specific date] and I am now __________________________________________ [describe specific, measurable, attainable, realistic timed as if now, desired goal, result or experience as if you actually have it].

Your Transformation Tune for the day is Song #59, “Entropy”

I’ve included two versions here today as a way to intentionally support the message in the video that we need to have some kind of process of gauging how far we’ve come in our transformational process. Personally I can hear a huge improvement from the first recording to the second one. Let me know what YOU think.
