Wow! It’s Friday already! Week one of the new year is blasting past. I don’t know if you’re experiencing similar things as the full fledged kick off of the next 90 day challenge looms on Monday.
- What do I REALLY want to work on?
- What’s a BIG goal but not so big that it overwhelms me?
- Can I work on several things at once?
- Any body out there got the “what ifs”?

For me the motivating lever is that Albert Einstein “meme” that if I keep doing what I’ve been doing, I’m gonna keep getting the same results. That works for me to get my butt up off the couch and into action mode. Because I want BETTER results. I want to see measurable improvements in multiple areas of my life, health, wealth, relating, communicating, music, art, business, etc. If I’m continually taking effective action in all the areas of my life that matter to me, I’m going to keep getting better and better results…

As I state in my video, we can NOT separate peak performance from healthy digestion, physical fitness and mental clarity. These are NOT separate things! It’s all connected.
And in order for you to go for your big dream or even be able to function throughout your day, you need to build a strong foundation of health. Contrary to the typical mass media mythology, Hypnosis doesn’t automatically make you healthy.
Hypnosis is about communicating to yourself the desired behaviors and habits you WANT to engage in, in such a way that your unconscious mind “gets on board” and allows it to happen. Easier. Faster. Better. That’s it. No big deal. No magical hocus pocus… It’s communicating with yourself EFFECTIVELY. We’re ALL communicating with our unconscious minds ALL the time.
