Stop Abandoning Yourself

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.

You may not understand the reason, but there IS a reason for every challenge, trial and tribulation. Not a reason that anyone else on this planet can tell you. There’s nothing more annoying than being told some horrible experience is somehow “for the best!” Yuck.

But when YOU decide that for yourself, it actually gives you a MASSIVE amount of power and resourcefulness and peace…

At some point you WILL look back and see EXACTLY how this difficult time perfectly prepared you for the “next level” of living and experiencing.

However, YOU and only YOU can decided “what this means”.

If you decide that this very difficult day or week or month or time in your life has a reason and a purpose that you might not be able to see just yet, it is so much more EMPOWERING than if you DECIDE that this is just more proof that you are not ever going to:

examples: Find love, Make enough money, lose the weight, get fit, quit smoking, CRUSH the anxiety, find your purpose, etc.

All meaning happens between YOUR ears. We have the power to CHOOSE, what something means so that it helps us, serves us, teaches us instead of allowing it to tear us down or destroy us.

Here’s the Mind Mastery Daily Message:

a. Stop beating yourself up for not having a perfect life yet.
b. Stop beating yourself up for not being perfect. (cuz you ACTUALLY ARE PERFECT)
c. Stop INTERPRETING whatever is going on in your life, relationships, career etc as GOOD or BAD. Either interpret both as Neutral or both as GOOD.
d. START to practice the idea of loving yourself sooooooooo much that you only allow the best people, experiences, beliefs, opportunities into your life.

But ONLY if you CHOOSE to ACCEPT IT. :o)
