Here is the simplest thing that you can do immediately to start turning on the fat burning furnace of your body…
Stop eating at 6 or 7 pm at night
Then, gradually move your breakfast time back by an hour each day until you are fasting for up to 16 hours.
That gives your body time to use up your Glycogen stores and begin turning to your fat stores for energy.
Start with one day a week. Then two… and so on until you find what works best for you. The result is that you will effortlessly reduce calories without deprivation. Without weighing your food or having to keep track of “points”.
