I have a quick weight loss success story to share with you today.
I was at rehearsal of the music team at Unity Church In Albany a couple of weeks ago and my friend Penny told me the following cool “secret”:
“Mark, I went to your Weight Loss Bootcamp Free Intro up in Clifton Park last March with my friend “Mary” (not her real name), I think you should know that she has lost 20 pounds! She credits that free weight loss class and your hypnosis session that you did with the group.”
How is THAT for cool?
“Mary” did NOT join our ten week bootcamp. But she lost weight ANYWAY!
The point I’m trying to make here is that our free weight loss intro is quite literally filled with as much value and helpful information as we can possibly cram in to it.
Ultimately I believe that the ten week boot camp is so powerful because not only do you have the fabulous Bethany Gonyea and myself supporting you each week, you have your class mates so you can realize that you are NOT alone.
The major cause of weight loss failure is lack of consistent, sustainable new eating, exercise and THINKING habits.
We take care of that!
