It turns out that the devil was never fat.
The devil is sugar. And the prevalence of sugar in the form of High Fructose Corn Syrup is the devil of devils.
But millions of people actually think that drinking fruit juice is a healthy alternative to soda…
Think again.
Millions also think that somehow dried fruit like raisins are a healthy snack. Still sugar.
Raisin Bran cereal a healthy breakfast? um not exactly. This misinformation that has been pounded into our heads for the last 30-40 years is actually mass hypnosis. If you look on any stock photo service and you search for “healthy foods” usually what shows up is a bowl of fruit, not a grass fed steak.
