Hey! I know you’re busy.
I got an email the other day from a Transformation Nation member who complained about me sending out an email every day. He was like, “You HAVE to be kidding me! An email EVERY DAY?” As if I had offended him somehow. In the old days, I would have been upset and discouraged by that.
But that’s what the “unsubscribe” link is for at the bottom of every email.
He unsubscribed and I wish him well. Sincerely.
I only want people in the gang who actually want and appreciate the value I deliver. I do it every day because I made a commitment to myself to do my absolute best to reach people who could benefit from the work that I do. And the work I do is really effective when you do it on a consistent basis.
As in, “Every Single Day”.
However, the emails and videos and posts here everyday are my gift to anyone who is willing to take the time to consider thinking and acting in ways that might not always be comfortable.
I challenge you, my beloved reader/watcher/listener to take one small, do-able, Kaizen action each day in the hopes that you will begin to understand that we can actually change our lives with small, daily focused questions, inquiry and “baby steps”.
So in honor of the fact that you are busy, and I was Busy all day, I kept this video SHORT!
Enjoy!
Your Assignment should you choose to accept it is to really ask yourself whether what you are so busy doing is what you actually want to be busy doing.
Let me know what you find.
peace!
Mark
p.s. Speaking of busy… I had a lovely day at the auto repair shop today while my VERY LOUD muffler got repaired. And about 7 other things got done, like brakes (good things to have). It was fun for a while I got to watch daytime TV. I got to watch the “Media hypnosis” of endless ads for pharmaceuticals that have a ton of nasty side effects. And people dressed up ridiculously on “Let’s Make A Deal” and several shows where famous people got to talk about how famous they are. but after about 5 hours It got kind of repetitive. LOL.
p.p.s. I’m so glad I unsubscribed to TV years ago. Care to join me?
