Bethany and I had a wonderful time last night meeting you and jumping into our new weight loss program in Clifton Park NY.
We played with a little bit of NLP and went pretty deep with a Hypnosis session.
We also got some great feedback from several of you and we are doing the best we can to implement as much of the feedback as possible as quickly as possible so that this course is as finely tuned for you and your needs as humanly possible.
This week I am asking you to do a few simple things for homework in addition to the food log we gave you (which BTW you won’t have to do for the full 10 weeks unless you find it useful).
About the food log: We want to help you to understand the connection between being conscious eaters and unconscious eaters. When you have to log in your snack or meal or whatever, it causes you have to actually THINK about it! :o) The food log introduces something different into the “pattern” or “program” and pops you out of the usual “eating trance” you go into when the food just somehow magically appears in your mouth…
