Ultimately you can do all the hypnosis sessions in the world but if you keep packing carbs, processed foods, artificial sweeteners, and unhealthy fats into your mouth you will not get the results you want.
If you reduce all of the above but don’t introduce healthy fats like Coconut oil, Olive oil and organic butter into your food plan you will not get the results you want.
Despite what the fat phobic media has told you, a diet high in fat does NOT make you fat or give you heart disease.
