Today’s Cowabungah Concept is a simple one.
We all need rest, time to reflect in order to be peak performers. However, we live in a culture that seems to preach, “Work More!” “Work Harder”. “PUSH! PUSH!” When it seems to me that personal mastery is all about Working SMARTER.

If you have no down time, if you are running yourself ragged you don’t usually make the best decisions. Today’s tip is that even 10 minutes of “re-Calibration”, as Bethany Gonyea calls it, can make all the difference in your day. If you are responding to life’s challenges from a place of distracted depletion, you will have a different experience than if you are responding from a place of peace, power and positive mind set.
Homework: Write out the phrase – “Why Does it work out better than I can possibly imagine?” 5-10 times in your own handwriting (typing doesn’t work as well). Then pause and sit in the energy of that question. You do not need to consciously answer it. Just drop it in to your Unconscious Mind and take a moment to feel and notice the shift in energy and attitude that it creates. If you don’t have the ability to take a full day off to rest and recreate, at least do this. Start small. Go ahead! Do it! It will feel gooood!
