Anxiety Treatment: Getting Help Can Be Scary

12006252_sIn the video below I share thoughts about how commitment to 1 on 1 anxiety treatment is not always comfortable or easy. Even the decision to get help for anxiety can trigger your negative “what if” thinking and anxiousness.

That is quite normal because you are imagining the worst case scenario (which is actually what anxiety is).

Ultimately no one can “cure” you except you. What NLP and Hypnosis offer is a new way of thinking and taking charge of the unconscious process of creating anxiety. NLP or Hypnosis are not magic wands. They are incredibly effective new ways of thinking that need to be put into practice.

Success in overcoming anxiety starts with a deep commitment to take charge of your own change by getting the help of someone who has been in your shoes and understands the challenges you face every day.

Going for it and getting that help can be scary at first until you actually get in to the process and realize that anxiety is not a disease! Anxiety is a process you do that starts with your thoughts, believes and focus.
