How we shut ourselves down because of the expectations and pressure we put on ourselves.

It’s our anxiety about our performance we are dealing with here.

Ultimately anxiety is thinking about what you do not want to have happen. Your body then responds to those thoughts and gives you your physiology.

So what thoughts are you thinking? What are you telling yourself? What images are you running in your mind?

Are you running a movie of you being alone and lonely because you can’t get it up?

Or are you holding images in your mind of strong, firm, strong, erect, upright, phallic images?
