Your UNCONSCIOUS MIND
Your conscious mind is your “Will” or “Will Power.”
- Your Unconscious Mind is your Imagination.
- Where there is a conflict between your will and your imagination…
- Imagination ALWAYS wins.
Think of it this way:
- Your conscious mind is like the rider of an Elephant
- Your unconscious mind is like the Elephant.
- If the elephant gets spooked or scared or angry or PANICS… the rider is going for a RIDE.
Anxiety is a process of your unconscious mind reacting to thoughts, images and self talk of things that you do not want to have happen. Your Unconscious Mind Doesn’t “get” that they are not really happening right now. That’s a PROBLEM um… CHALLENGE.
If you understand how your Unconscious Mind/Imagination/Elephant is wired and how it processes information and how it perceives the world, that gives you the power to communicate with it and ultimately to change it’s patterns of behavior.
