Russell Brand totally unnerves a normally, calm, cool, collected, take charge, high status, TV news anchor woman. Watch his body language. Notice how he playfully challenges everything she does or says until she is a stammering, tongue tied school girl and literally gives the show over to HIM.

And BTW one useful tool in setting goals is to find someone or some way of holding yourself accountable.
By PROMISING to get right on this goals setting module for tomorrow, I publicly committed to doing it. So guess what? I will most likely keep my promise (unless something else comes up that is more urgent LOL ) So we want to have someone hold us accountable but not in a tyrannical, rigid way.
Most people focus (folk-us) on what they do NOT want. And then they get it.
In my goal setting program I will show you precisely HOW to focus in on what you want in a way that makes it literally irresistible to your unconscious mind so that it immediately gets busy supporting you in actually getting it.

( I’m so RICH that I saw a Black Crowned Night Heron, A little Green Heron, a Coopers Hawk and a tiny little fly catcher called a Peewee yesterday evening as I strolled through MY vast “estate” (the rail trail between Delmar and Albany).
I also “Own” the largest park in the continental United States, called the Adirondacks, not to mention the Catskills… PLUS I have all these highway crews making sure my roads and bridges are safe for me to drive my AMAZING car on. A car, BTW, that was so well built ten years ago by my dedicated Toyota craftsmen that it STILL gives me fabulously dependable transportation to go wherever I want whenever I feel like it)….

This morning I want to acknowledge with gratitude the inspiration and teaching of Dr. Wayne Dyer. He was a giant whose strong shoulders we stand on as we pursue personal mastery on a daily basis.
He taught in such clear language that we can affect the world with our thoughts.
A life long champion of all of us in our struggles and challenges, his voice will be missed.
However he leaves behind a rich legacy of over 40 books and countless interviews and videos that continue to teach and inspire us. Rest in peace Dr. Wayne Dyer! Thank you!
