Welcome to the “Insomnia Solution” Home page! Since there are multiple issues associated with insomnia, from difficulty falling asleep to challenges staying asleep. I will be building out this course over time. It will eventually be a combination of instructional videos and hypnosis sessions done with actual clients as well as for specific issues related to sleep disorders I invite you to check back from time to time as I add to this area.
This very first session was done live with a brilliant college student who was having trouble falling asleep. I did the session in as general a way as possible while still addressing my client’s specific situation.
