My training in Neuro Linguistics enabled me to finally stop a life long pattern of being “The Bully’s Target”.
Today I share many practical tools and tactics for people of all ages to use a win/win form of verbal Aikido to defuse teasing, taunting, gossip and name calling peacefully and powerfully.
